Born in Mazatlán, Mexico in 1969, he obtained the degree of Juris Doctor from the Universidad Panamericana in 1995. He completed post-graduate studies at such University in Contracts and Constitutional Law in 1996 and Corporate Law in 1998. Currently, he is a candidate for the Master of Laws at such University. He attended a summer course on Constitutional Law at Harvard Law School in 1998. José Luis is a member of the Mexican Bar, the Jalisco Chapter of the Mexican Bar and the Mexican Academy on Tax Law. He is currently a professor of Tax Procedure and Income Tax Law at the Universidad Panamericana. |
