Born in Mexico City in 1969, he obtained the degree of Juris Doctor from the Anáhuac University in 1994. He completed post-graduate studies on Civil and Business Procedure at the Universidad Panamericana and took a course on mediation skills in the Alternative Dispute Resolution Program of the Strauss Institute for Dispute Resolution, at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California, in 2000. He was a professor on Civil Procedure at the Universidad ISEC in 1999. He was a guest professor of the Post-Graduate Studies Department of the University of Colima to teach Insurance and Bonds Procedural Law in 2001. |
