Born in Guadalajara in 1976, he obtained the degree of Juris Doctor in 2000 from the Universidad Panamericana. In 2002, he obtained a Master’s Degree (LL.M) in American Law and International Transactions from Boston University School of Law. In that same year, he also took a mediation skills course in the Alternative Dispute Resolution Program of the Strauss Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. He completed a graduate program in Real Estate Law at the National College of Business Lawyers in 2008. José serves as member of the board of directors of several national companies. He specializes in private international law, corporate law, real estate law, mergers and acquisitions and intellectual property. He is a professor of Corporate Law at the Universidad Panamericana. He joined Robles, Tostado, Corona & Sánchez Gil in 2001 and made partner in 2007. |
