We represented Grupo Industrial Plástico (GIPSA) of Guadalajara, a fully integrated flexible packaging manufacturer of bags, pouches and value-added laminated structures, in the sale of its assets to Printpack Inc., a flexible packaging and specialty rigid container manufacturer based in Atlanta, Georgia.

Our firm acted as counsel in the sale of the Guadalajara based pharmaceutical company “Laboratorios Diba, S.A.” to Perrigo Company (NASDAQ: PRGO; TASE), a leading global healthcare supplier that develops, manufactures and distributes over-the-counter (OTC) and prescription pharmaceuticals, nutritional products, active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) and consumer products based in Allegan, Michigan.
